DermaFrac Treatments With PRP Therapy
DermaFrac Treatments with PRP Therapy (Platelet Rich Plasma) Therapy Repair Skin Damage with Amazing Results
At Advanced Skin Fitness we want you to have beautiful skin, so providing the best treatments to help you achieve younger and clearer skin is always our highest priority. We focus on improving the skin with non-invasive procedures that corrects damage caused by aging, acne and the sun. These skin conditions are wrinkles, fine lines, acne scars, dryness, discoloration, dark spots and enlarged pores. We use DermaFrac, a highly effective treatment that allows us to eliminate these problems comfortably and painlessly in a few treatments or less.
DermaFrac is a unique skin rejuvenation technology that delivers the same results that you’d expect from a chemical peel. However, DermaFrac involves a skin puncturing process, called micro-needling, that transfers specially selected serums deep within the dermal-epidermal layer of the skin to repair specific damage to the skin, unclog pores and trigger the skin’s natural collagen production.
At Advanced Skin Fitness we offer DermaFrac with a PRP Therapy (Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy) option, Microneedling and LED frequency to complete the whole DermaFrac PRP process. Our PRP Therapy process involves extracting platelets from the patients own blood and infusing them into the epidermis with the DermaFrac device, so there is almost no waste.
What is DermaFrac?
DermaFrac is a non-invasive skin treatment system that uses PRP Therapy (Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy), LED therapy and micro-needling to infuse your own growth factors deep into the dermal-epidermal layer of the skin to stimulate stem cells to repair the skin to a smoother more youthful appearance.
What is Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy and how does it work?
PRP Therapy is a skin repair method that uses a growth factor found within platelets from the patient’s blood to rejuvenate and repair skin.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, also known at some clinics as “Vampire Facelift”, is a non-surgical skin repair system that uses extracted platelets from the patient’s own blood. A nominal amount of blood is taken from the patient and placed in an apparatus that divides the platelets from the blood. The fillers and platelets are infused into damaged areas of the skin. Once the platelets are injected “growth factors”, which are proteins that repair damaged tissue, stimulate the stem cells to build more collagen and smooth out the wrinkles in the skin. The skin will have more volume, elasticity, better coloring, and a youthful improved texture. The skin will also begin to tighten and become stronger.
For scarring, the treatment can promote healing and overall healthy skin.
What is Microneedling?
Micro-needling is a skin rejuvenation treatment that allows tiny micro-needles to penetrate skin to the appropriate selected depth of the dermal-epidermal layer of the skin to encourage collagen production and heal acne scars.
The technician will use tiny needles on a roller to permeate the skin to a depth of 0.5 mm that boosts the skin’s ability to generate collagen and heal blemishes.
What is LED Therapy (light emitting diode)?
It involves using light in the red frequency to reduce inflammation, trigger collagen production and healing.
How long does it take to see results from a DermaFrac treatment?
You should notice results after the first treatment.
To achieve more lasting and prominent results from the DermaFrac treatment it’s recommended that you have 4 to 6 treatments at least 2 – 3 weeks apart. You should notice significant improvement through the following 6 months to a year. If you adhere to your technician’s post care treatment, expect maximum results.
Is there any downtime required after having the DermaFrac treatment?
No. There is no downtime associated with the DermaFrac procedure.
Some patients may notice redness a day or two after the treatment, but they are able to return to their regular activities directly following the treatment. It will depend on the degree of stimulation that will determine the amount of redness that you will see.
Is the DermaFrac treatment painful?
No. The procedure does not involve cutting or bleeding, so patients should not expect to experience pain. No numbing cream or anesthesia is required.
The optional Hydrafacial portion of the treatment is designed to cleanse and exfoliate the skin prior to DermaFrac. The HydraFacial is quite enjoyable. For some patients the DermaFrac treatment is a comfortable enjoyable experience as well. Following the treatment, patients who receive the treatment are able to avoid any dryness, inflammation or peeling post-procedure. They find the experience comfortable enough to return to their normal activities afterward.
The tiny microscopic needles that are used to penetrate the skin, along with the special hand piece that is used during the treatment, prevents any breaking of the skin. Therefore, the patient should have a great pain free experience.
How soon after having fillers can a patient have the DermaFrac treatment?
You you have fillers same day or immediately after DermaFrac, HydraFacial, or PRP.
Having injectable facial fillers 5 days before getting the DermaFrac treatment is completely safe.
What types of skin conditions does DermaFrac treat?
